Jack is a strategic talent acquisition leader with over a decade of experience scaling high-growth organisations across technology, professional services, government, and social impact, including Amnesty International. He currently leads talent acquisition for the global management consultancy Social Development Direct, where he develops and advises on responsible AI hiring policies, and supports startups and scale-ups to implement inclusive, data-driven hiring strategies. Jack contributes to the CIPD’s People Management Magazine and regularly appears on industry podcasts discussing AI in hiring, labour market change, and ethical recruitment. He also guest lectures at University College London on careers and modern hiring and serves on multiple steering committees for the Better Hiring Institute, supporting its mission to make UK hiring faster, fairer, and safer.

Keith has been a Non-Executive Director for over 10 years and Chair of JobsAware since 2010. Keith was appointed Advisory Panel on UK Government's response to the Good Work Plan advised the Name Blind committee chaired by then Prime Minister, David Cameron, and received a Commendation Award from Home Office for services to the Labour Market in 2018. In 2023, Keith was awarded the Big Impact Award by the Recruiter for services to industry and was made an Honorary Fellow of Lancaster University.
