Everyone deserves a fair chance, all hiring must be conducted on the basis of the right person for the right role, no matter the background. Just maybe, those with the right mentality and motivation should be given a helping hand no matter the educational or social background.
The Better Hiring Institute, its collaborators and employer network, have come together to highlight the challenges and barriers minorities face in the workplace, and provide recommendations for industry and UK Government to overcome and challenge these.
