The key to making UK hiring the fairest in the world is addressing the shameful reality experienced by so many of our citizens. Everyone deserves a fair chance, all hiring must be conducted on the basis of the right person for the right role, no matter the background. Just maybe, those with the right mentality and motivation should be given a helping hand no matter the educational or social background.

The Better Hiring Institute, its collaborators and employer network, have come together to highlight the challenges and barriers minorities face in the workplace, and provide recommendations for industry and UK Government to overcome and challenge these.

The guidance brings together leading UK experts and UK government, working in collaboration with Reed Screening, Leon Mann MBE, Tolu Wellspring, Muslim Aid, and Leeds Trinity University, amongst wider endorsement from various parliamentarians including Lee Barron MP.
