The Construction subcommittee brings together a range of well-known and SME organisations in the sector to develop best practice, agree, and maintain standards through the soon to be published Better Hiring Toolkit.
The subcommittee are currently working on standardising in the sector, working with colleagues across the sector to improve and create hiring practices in Construction.
The industry subcommittee also provides feedback on the Blueprint for Better Hiring, the UKs first complete guide for the future of hiring, as well as contributing to the Modernising Employment All-Party Parliamentary Group (MODE APPG)
