High standards in hiring and onboarding are critical in protecting customers and national infrastructure. The Better Hiring Institute's Financial Services subcommittee has worked together to create the first best practice standard for the sector.
Developed in conjunction with Cifas and the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS), the standard helps Financial Services organisations benchmark their current processes and learn from best practice across the sector.
The Better Hiring Toolkit for Financial Services is free to download and use, and has handy templates throughout for you to use with your organisation.
