The first of its kind "Better Hiring" membership association from BHI that will bring voice of supplier closer to government to enhance employer confidence in the supply chain.
The official launch of The Association of RecTech Providers in Parliament will be in September 2025.
The Association of RecTech Providers (ARTP) define RecTech as “technology-driven services that support or deliver recruitment and hiring functions”. This could include AI hiring solutions, assessment solutions, applicant tracking systems, shortlisting/selection solutions, employee screening companies, and hiring automation offerings, amongst others.
The ARTP will work closely with UK government bodies such as DBT, DBS, Home Office, Disclosure Scotland, DWP, and DfE to support policy development, feedback on current and future challenges, develop future strategies to improve UK hiring.
The Better Hiring Institute's Parliamentary Patron is Lord Lucas. The ARTP will exist as an entity within the BHI.
